I'm a long-time investor in SFRs. When it came time to move on, I spoke with a lot of local and national "We buy ugly houses for cash"-type guys. Typical formula - a screener waves a tasty number in front of your face, then their "contractor" comes out and finds a million things wrong with the house (most of which are BS) and boom! the price is cut to peanuts. Not with IDD. They did what they said they would do. Daniel and team were completely transparent with their process and criteria and offered what I thought was a fair price, yet still enabled them to make their money too. They purchased 4 houses from me and I'm satisfied with the deals.

I have to give a huge thank you to the team at IDD Real Estate. To make a long story short. In may of 2022 I found myself in a bad situation after being off for a year because of back surgery and a divorce.
